So the cookies I could have done without. But I baked them yesterday and they are super tasty! This one is a golden rule; Never deny yourself something your really want. Because you’ll more than likely just slip up with something even worse later. Yes I had four cookies today, but considering I was running around on my feet all day from 7am til 4pm, I think I deserve a little treat.
This is another thing people need to look at when they are assessing their exercise. What is your general day to day like? I don’t do any cardio exercise, because in my job I am literally on my feet, running around for ten hours a day. (I should invest in a pedometer to see how many steps a day I do..) I do yoga, palates and aerobics for toning and muscle strength. However if your day to day is more sitting or standing around than a jog every day shouldn’t go amiss.
